Setting up ‘Open to Opportunities’ on LinkedIn
If you are preparing to move roles over the coming months, maximise your exposure by turning on the ‘open to work’ feature on your LinkedIn profile. This will not be visible to people in your company, but it will be visible to companies who use a ‘recruiter’ license e.g. Talent Acquisition and Finance Recruitment Consultants. It takes no more than two minutes to complete but it should enhance your job search greatly!
