Seek out new partnerships with banks, institutions and other external stakeholders
- Oversee and project manage fundraising transactions
- Ownership of capital management across the business, consistently striving for maximum success
- Drive deep market insights and actionable business opportunities, providing for potentially value-enhancing commercial decision making
- Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring ‘best in class’ processes & procedures through efficient & effective financial reporting & robust internal controls
Requirements - Qualified accountant, having trained with one of the Big 4
- Director level candidate within Practice (ideally in either Corporate Finance or Transaction Services), or several years post Practice within Investment Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and a strong sense of ownership is required to be successful in this role
- Someone with a good understanding of their own personality and its effect on others, is essential
- Comfortable leading exceptional finance & risk teams
