Managing a team of 10 experienced individuals. Joining at an exciting time in the organisations history the role will oversee five product offerings. Reporting to Group CFOResponsibilities - Manage & develop a team of 10
- Finance
- Forecasting & budgeting for all product areas
- Full responsibility for P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow
- Present to the board on a monthly basis
- Oversee and improve all controls to ensure best practice
- FX responsibility
- Participation for client tenders & bids
- Liaise with external stakeholders – audit, tax, legal
- Supply Chain
- Work with the team who deal in commodities
- Strategy
- Work with the Executive Team on long & short term goals
- Provide financial advice to contribute to the organisations business objectives
- Manage resources – fixed assets, human resources, cashflow
- Provide financial insights for new & existing projects
Requirements - Qualified accountant ideally with a tax qualification
- Large team development experience
- FMCG or Retail experience is essential with at least 8yrs PQE with a track record of taking responsibility for all areas of a finance function both operationally & strategically.
- Experience of presenting to a board
- Strong commercial acumen – financial planning, analysis, insights, identify risks & opportunities
- Excellent communication – ability to build relationships across the business
- Focus on system & process improvement
- Excellent leadership & influencing skills, high level of integrity, dependability & results orientated
Remuneration - c. €140,000 plus car allowance, bonus and pension. Flexible working arrangements
