- Provide analysis and commercial insights to internal stakeholders
- Manage & develop a team of seven accountants – from hiring to succession planning
- Month-end reporting, audit & compliance fall under the remit across this team
- There are several projects in play from the implementation of a new ERP system to integration of acquisitions, you will be called upon to participate in the successful delivery of these
Requirements - Qualified accountant - technically strong, with previous staff development experience
- Up to date with all Accounting and Reporting standards
- Team leadership
- Due to the rapid growth & continuous change – flexibility & adaptability will be essential
- Prior EMEA financial reporting experience
- Excellent communicator & problem solver
Remuneration - Base salary between €75,000 - €90,000 depending on experience (no bonus), pension contribution, 25 days annual leave, hybrid working environment
